PB Banana & Pecan Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 1 medium banana
- 2 tablespoons Chike powdered peanut butter
- 6 Pecans, chopped
- 3 packets Splenda
- Blend milk, light cream, banana, PB and Splenda in blender until almost doubled in volume.
- Following your ice cream machines instructions, pour into ice cream maker, and let run about 18 minutes.
- During the last 2 minutes, add chopped pecans.
