Roasted Chickpeas

  • 1 16oz can chickpeas
  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 tablespoon each cumin and garlic powder
  • salt

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Rinse chickpeas and dry well on paper towels.
  3. Line baking sheet with foil, and spray well with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange chickpeas in single layer and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle with cumin and garlic, and salt to taste.
  6. Roast on top rack in oven for 40-45 min.
  7. Can be made with any spices you like!
