Roasted Rosemary Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb petite brussel sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Line baking sheet with foil. Add all ingredients to baking sheet, and mix gently to coat all sprouts. Arrange in a single layer, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake on top rack of a preheated 400 degree oven for about 45 min until sprouts are very tender and browned.
