Ingredients

  • 1 Cup 1% milk
  • 1 Cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 Cup frozen blackberries
  • 5 Pecans
  • 2 packets Splenda

Cooking Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth

Each serving has approximately 246 calories,  6g fat, 15g protein
