Fruit Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 pitted cherries
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop EAS Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 3 packets Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg

Cooking Directions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy icy cold.
