Chocolate Coffee Protein Ice Cream
Coffee and chocolate make this a cool treat on a hot day.
- 1 1/4 cups 1% milk
- 1/4 cup light cream
- 2 teaspoons instant decaf coffee
- 1 packet About Time Chocolate Protein Powder
- 3 packets Splenda
- Blend all ingredients in blender until almost doubled in volume.
- Following your ice cream makers instructions, pour into machine and freeze until desired consistency.
- Can be eaten immediately as soft serve, or frozen for a half hour for a firmer texture.
