Juicy melt-in-your-mouth burger without all the extra fat and calories of beef!
Makes 6 4oz burgers
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- black pepper
- Mix all ingredients with hands in a large bowl until completely mixed.
- Form six even patties, and place on platter.
- Spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with pepper. Turn and do the same on the other side of patties.
- Grill until cooked through, to 160 F.
- Serve on a 100% whole wheat roll if desired.
