Minty Watermelon Pops
- 1 cup seedless watermelon
- 1 packet Nectar Twisted Cherry
- 6 large, fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup sugar free Cool Whip
- Add watermelon, mint and Nectar to blender and pulse until smooth.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip, being careful not to over stir.
- Pour into four popsicle molds (or paper cups) and freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
