Dark Chocolate Blackberry Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 cup blackberries
- 3 packets Splenda
- 2 oz 60% cacao dark chocolate
- Mash blackberries and drain all excess juice.
- In a blender mix together mashed drained berries, milk, cream and Splenda.
- Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
- Rough chop dark chocolate, and add to ice cream during last two minutes.
