CHOCOLATE PIE

Chocolate Pie (Serves 12)

*Each serving has approximately: 119 calories, 22g carbs, 3g fat, 5g sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 3.5oz box Jello sugar free instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 container sugar free Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 package (24 count) soft lady fingers
  • cocoa powder for dusting

Cooking Directions

  1. Beat pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes. Arrange 12 of the lady fingers on the bottom of a 12 inch pie plate. Pour pudding over top. Spread cool whip over the top of the pudding, and arrange remaining lady fingers over cool whip. Dust with cocoa powder. Cover, and freeze 3 hours or so before serving.
