I am coming up on the seventh year anniversary of my surgery. Years of getting protein, vitamins, and nutrition in, and tweaking recipes to make them pouch friendly, going through complications, a pregnancy, and a whole lot of clothes. I managed to lose 105 pounds and keep it off.
