Shrimp Chili

Recipe by Better Bariatric


  • 1 Large sweet pepper, diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 each Canned black beans, red beans, pinto beans
  • 1 Small can diced tomatoes with chili’s
  • 1/2 Pound small shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Cooking Directions

  1. In large stock pot, add olive oil, pepper, onion and garlic and saute for several minutes. Add all other ingredients except shrimp. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 30 min. 10 min before serving, add shrimp, and cook until just pink. Serve with grated cheese if desired.
