Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain, fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 bottle RTD vanilla protein shake
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Approx. 249 calories, 4g fat, 30g protein
