  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop EAS vanilla protein powder
  • 3 packets Splenda
  • pinch cinnamon

Cooking Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender, and pulse until smooth. Serve icy cold.
