Chocolate Coffee Protein Ice Cream

Coffee and chocolate make this a cool treat on a hot day.


  • 1 1/4 cups 1% milk
  • 1/4 cup light cream
  • 2 teaspoons instant decaf coffee
  • 1 packet About Time Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 3 packets Splenda

Cooking Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until almost doubled in volume.
  2. Following your ice cream makers instructions, pour into machine and freeze until desired consistency.
  3. Can be eaten immediately as soft serve, or frozen for a half hour for a firmer texture.
