Turkey Burgers

Juicy melt-in-your-mouth burger without all the extra fat and calories of beef!

Makes 6 4oz burgers


  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients with hands in a large bowl until completely mixed.
  2. Form six even patties, and place on platter.
  3. Spray with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with pepper. Turn and do the same on the other side of patties.
  4. Grill until cooked through, to 160 F.
  5. Serve on a 100% whole wheat roll if desired.

Nutrition without bun:  207 calories, 11g fat, 24g protein
