Minty Watermelon Pops

Recipe by Better Bariatric, LLC




  • 1 cup seedless watermelon
  • 1 packet Nectar Twisted Cherry
  • 6 large, fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sugar free Cool Whip

Cooking Directions

  1. Add watermelon, mint and Nectar to blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in Cool Whip, being careful not to over stir.
  3. Pour into four popsicle molds (or paper cups) and freeze until solid, about 6 hours.

Approimate nutrition:  55 calories, 1g fat, 6g protein
