Dark Chocolate Blackberry Ice Cream

Recipe by Better Bariatric, LLC




  • 1 1/2 cups 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 3 packets Splenda
  • 2 oz 60% cacao dark chocolate

Cooking Directions

  1. Mash blackberries and drain all excess juice.
  2. In a blender mix together mashed drained berries, milk, cream and Splenda.
  3. Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
  4. Rough chop dark chocolate, and add to ice cream during last two minutes.
